RaeyLink is run by BITS Hub AI Pty Ltd, an Australian company, and built by a small, diverse team of engineers. We make software for the cameras independent shops already have.
Owners we've spoken to say theft happens while they're busy trading. They don't want their staff chasing anyone, and going back through the footage afterwards rarely changes anything.
So we built something that watches for you and keeps the video in your store. The people who work there make the decisions. If something breaks, you talk to the engineers who wrote it.
What we won't do
- Use facial recognition.
- Invent numbers about how much theft we "stop".
- Put fake reviews or borrowed logos on this site.
- Tell your staff to put themselves at risk.

It will sometimes get it wrong.
It might flag someone who was just putting their phone away. That's why it only alerts. A person decides what happens next.
